Apprenticeships with Champion
Kick-start your career in construction by becoming an apprentice with us.
We are always looking for new GROUNDWORKS apprentices in Devon and Cornwall
Our groundworks apprenticeships are open to people of all ages, including school leavers after their GCSEs. Those who complete the apprenticeship will have a Level 2 in Groundworks.
The apprenticeship typically takes 12-18 months to complete and once completed each apprentice will receive their blue skilled worker CSCS card.
Please note we do not offer Level 2 Plant Operative apprenticeships to anyone who hasn’t first completed their Level 2 in Groundworks. We believe you need to learn the foundations of being a Groundworker before you can become a highly skilled Plant Operator. Many people who complete our Groundworks apprenticeship go on to Plant-based training.
